  1. How do I make an order?
  1. First step is to register with us as a member by using Facebook account or email.
  2. All you need to do now is browse! You can search for something specific by using the search bar or if you’re looking for a particular type of item you can browse by categories located along the top of the page.
  3. Once you have found the item you want, choose your preferred design, and click on the ADD TO CART button.
  4. To review the items in your cart, click on the CART icon at the top right hand corner of the screen.
  5. Click the CONTINUE SHOPPING button to browse more products or add a voucher code on the right side of your cart summary.
  6. Proceed to payment with the CHECKOUT button.
  7. Provide your delivery information details.
  8. Choose your payment method.
  9. If you’re happy with the items in your shopping bag, click PAY HERE to complete your order.


  1. How do I know if my order has been successfully placed?

Once you have selected your desire product, add to cart, checkout and made your payment, you will receive a confirmation email with an order number. 

  1. Where can I check my order after I made my payment?

On top right of the website, click on MY ACCOUNT icon, you will see ORDER TRACKING. Click on ORDER TRACKING, you are able to track your order status. All order which has been successfully shipped will go under ORDER HISTORY.

  1. How do I track my parcel?

Once your order has been picked up by the courier team, we will email you a tracking code for you to keep tabs on the status of your parcel at all times. This tracking code is sent to your registered email address. Please check your Junk Mail in case it’s there!

  1. What do I need to do if I can’t track my order on courier tracking page?

If you are unable to track your parcel on the courier tracking page, your parcel might have just been handover to our respective courier partner. The tracking information will be available within 24 hours after shipping.

If you are still unable to track your parcel 1 day after you receive our tracking code, please send an email to contact@funbies.com.my or Whatsapp message at +60 17-658 8195 | +60 19-490 7686 with your order number and the item’s details. We will assist you to resolve the issue with immediate action.

  1. What if I want to cancel my order?

Cancellation of orders can only be made within 4 hours from the time of ordering. Orders exceeding 4 hours may be rejected for cancellation as per our team's discretion. Cancellation charges are 20% from the total order cost.

Please send an email to our customers service email contact@funbies.com.my with the message title “Request to cancel order” or Whatsapp message at +60 17-658 8195 | +60 19-490 7686 in order to inform us about the cancellation order.

  1. What do I do if an item is missing from my order when I received the parcel?

Please send an email to contact@funbies.com.my or Whatsapp message at +60 17-658 8195 | +60 19-490 7686 with your order number within 48 hours upon receiving the parcel. We will review your report and ship out the missing item ASAP!

If a report is made after 48 hours, it will be automatically rejected.

  1. What do I do if a part of my product is broken or missing after used?

Please contact us by email contact@funbies.com.my or Whatsapp message at +60 17-658 8195 | +60 19-490 7686 with photo or video attached and we will examine the broken product.

If part has been lost by customer we may still be able to order the part as a chargeable spare.  

If part is under guarantee, we will be able to offer an exchange for the product.

Payment 

  1. What is the currency of the prices shown?

All prices are shown in Ringgit Malaysia (RM).

  1. What payment options do I have?

We provide Online Banking, Credit and Debit Transfer via Paydibs and ATM transfer.

For ATM transfer, after placing your order, please make your payment within 48 hours. Then, go to “track my order” page and upload your payment slip to prove your transaction.

  1. What is an e-voucher?

An eVoucher is an electronic voucher which can be viewed online on our Facebook page and Website.  

You can use a Funbies E-Voucher in full payment for goods purchased from Funbies Online Store. At the product checkout page, key in the voucher code to claim your discount.

All the e-voucher has terms & conditions and is valid for a specific period.

  1. Can a voucher be used on discounted items?

Promo code can only be used on normal priced items unless stated otherwise.

  1. Do I need to register to shop?

Yes, you are required to register using your Facebook account or email address before you place your order.

Registering with us helps speed up the second time ordering process for you, as we have your existing billing and shipping details. It also allows you to keep track of your current and past orders, and your payment status. Purchases made while logged in will also entitle you to our Reward Points.

  1. What do I do if I have forgotten my password or my password does not work?

Click on the Login/ Register icon and then click the ‘Forgot Your Password?’ link. Kindly provide your email which you registered with. A reset password email will be sent to you shortly. If you have not received the email, contact us for assistance.
